CMA CGM announces the implementation of a bunker Emergency Cost Recovery
Dear valued customer,
Due to the significant increase in bunker prices since the beginning of the year and with a view to maintain the highest quality of service for its customers, CMA CGM will implement an emergency cost recovery through its Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) mechanism.
This emergency recovery will be applied to all cargo in and out of China with the following implementation dates:

As from June 1st, 2018 (date of loading) for non-FMC trades

As from July 1st, 2018 (date of loading) for FMC trades
The recovery amount will be as per below: *
