NPWP (TAX NUMBER) AND HS CODE AS MANDATORY DATA FOR MANIFEST –

IMPORT

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that according to PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN REPUBLIK

INDONESIA NOMOR 158/PMK.04/2017 pertaining TATALAKSANA PENYERAHAN

PEMBERITAHUAN RENCANA KEDATANGAN SARANA PENGANGKUT, MANIFES KEDATANGAN

SARANA PENGANGKUT DAN MANIFES KEBERANGKATAN SARANA PENGANGKUT, which

required NPWP (Tax ID) & HS CODE to be mandatory to be included in Import Manifest,

effective Week 21 (May 21st, 2018) it is mandatory to mention NPWP (Tax ID) &

the first 4 digits HS Code in Bill of Lading. NPWP to be added in Consignee

column, and the first 4 digits HS code to be mentioned in Cargo Description (first

line). Please see attached guidance on how to submit NPWP and HS Code.

Specific for FORWARDERS with Split BL/Part-off BL (1 booking number, multiple

BL number) where Consignee column mention Actual Consignee, it is mandatory

to inform MCC Transport the BL number(s) with Actual Consignee after Arrival

Notice received. Please send this information to manifest.indonesia@mcc.com.sg two

working days before the vessel arrival.

Above new regulation is relate to data and submission process of the local outward and

inward manifest that NVOCC will be able to submit directly data of their House BL to

Indonesia local custom. Therefore the NVOCC need to register to custom within 6 months

after the regulation apply.

No vessel manifest will be submitted without these mandatory informations. Therefore, we

will NOT entertain any missing details of the above or any late submission. Customer is

held liable of any cost in case of any irregularity or missing data at their end.
